Overview
The ACTi A810 is a 5MP outdoor zoom dome designed for fixed-point surveillance of large areas—parking lots, building perimeters, loading docks—where motorized zoom eliminates the need for multiple fixed cameras. Its 5x optical zoom (2.7–13.5 mm focal length) captures detail across 101° horizontal field of view at wide angle, then tightens to 30° for evidence-grade facial or license-plate recognition without moving the dome itself. The A810 pairs this with 150dB extreme WDR to handle bright sunlight on dark areas simultaneously, and 15m adaptive IR for complete darkness monitoring. PoE (802.3af Class 3) means a single Ethernet cable delivers both power and data—no separate 12V supply needed.
Compatibility
The A810 is ONVIF Profile S/G/Q/T/M compliant, ensuring integration with any standard IP surveillance management platform or NVR that speaks ONVIF—Milestone, Genetec, Axis Camera Station, or on-premises systems. Two-way audio (line-in, line-out) and motion detection analytics (Deep Learning DLPU and legacy VMD) operate natively on the camera without requiring external edge compute.
