Overview

The ACTi A76 is a 4MP fixed outdoor dome engineered for high-durability surveillance in extreme environments. It combines 4MP resolution with 0.003 lux extreme low-light sensitivity and 65m infrared illumination, enabling round-the-clock monitoring in complete darkness. The camera is built to withstand harsh conditions: IP68 rating handles full water submersion and dust ingress; IK10 rating resists severe impact and vandalism. A76 fits retail, industrial, transportation, and critical infrastructure deployments where both optical clarity and physical toughness are non-negotiable.

Compatibility

The A76 integrates into any ONVIF-compliant VMS or NVR ecosystem—Milestone, Axis Camera Station, Hikvision, and generic ONVIF recorders all support it. Power delivery is PoE Class 3 (IEEE 802.3af), so it works on standard 802.3af switches without requiring a dedicated power supply. Audio input supports two-way communication or ambient capture via standard line-in connection. Network connectivity is 10/100 Base-T Ethernet with RJ-45 pigtail connector—no special cabling required beyond standard Ethernet runs.

Installation Notes

Mount the A76 wall, pole, pendant, or corner—the compact dome housing (110.82mm diameter × 84.7mm height) fits tight spaces. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 60°C, so Arctic and desert installations are both viable. Ensure PoE switch has sufficient power budget: the A76 draws Class 3 power (max ~13W). The camera supports image orientation adjustment (flip, mirror, rotation 90°/180°/270° for corridor mode), useful for non-standard mounting angles. Taiwan IoT Cybersecurity Certification Level 1 and CE/FCC Class B approvals confirm regulatory readiness for North American and European deployments.
