Overview
The Panduit UTPSP3VLY is a 3-foot violet Cat6 UTP patch cord designed for reliable data transmission and simplified network management. Constructed with 24 AWG stranded copper CM-rated cable, it features high-performance modular plugs and a patented tangle-free latch that prevents snagging during moves, adds, and changes. The slender strain relief boot offers easy access in high-density racks. This cable is enabled with RapidID technology, featuring pre-installed barcodes for efficient port mapping with compatible software.
Compatibility
This Cat6 UTP patch cord is suitable for Ethernet 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T, 1000BASE-T, and 10GBASE-T (over limited distances) networks. It also supports ATM (155 Mb/s to 1.2 Gb/s), Token Ring (4/16), digital video, and VoIP applications. It meets ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 Category 5e and ISO 11801 Class D standards, ensuring performance up to 250 MHz. The cable is rated for 2500 mating cycles with IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (type 3 and type 4) Power over Ethernet standards, making it suitable for powering network devices.
