At 64% open area, the VT2 allows significantly more air movement than solid filler panels — a practical choice when you need to break up heat-trapping dead zones between densely packed rack accessories and active gear without adding a powered fan tray. The VT2 is only 0.51 inches deep, so it won't intrude into cable management space behind the panel. It ships in black powder coat finish and mounts with two standard rack points, making it a drop-in fit for any EIA-standard 19-inch rack frame. Compatibility
Fits any EIA-310 compliant 19-inch rack at 2RU height — including Middle Atlantic rack enclosures (ERK, BGR, PTRK, and WRK series), as well as standard open-frame and enclosed racks from other manufacturers conforming to the 19-inch/1.75-inch-per-RU standard. Installation Notes
Mounts via two standard rack screws (screws not included — use #10-32 or M6 depending on your rack's threaded strip). The flanged style seats flush against the rack's front vertical rails.
