Overview
The CS18216 is a 16-port, rackmount KVM switch from the ATEN KVM line that consolidates control of up to 16 servers or workstations from a single USB keyboard, mouse, and HDMI display. Firmware is field-upgradeable via the onboard slide switch recovery mechanism; current release is v1.2.111 (2025-10-28), shared with the CS18208 8-port variant. Use the provided firmware zip (cs18208-cs18216-v1.2.111.zip) and follow ATEN's upgrade procedure to avoid partial-flash scenarios.
