Overview

The Middle Atlantic EWR-12-17SD is a 12-space (12 RU) wall-mount rack designed for equipment rooms, server closets, and security head-end installations where floor space is unavailable but a solid front door and full rack depth are required. With 15 inches of usable depth and a 150 lb UL-rated load capacity, the EWR-12-17SD handles most NVR, patch panel, and AV distribution builds without needing a floor-standing enclosure. The pivoting design lets the entire rack swing away from the wall — critical when rear cable management or device servicing must happen without pulling equipment. Finish is a textured black wrinkle powder coat; rack rails are threaded 10-32 for standard rack screws. TAA-compliant for GSA and federal procurement.

Compatibility

The 10-32 threaded rail pattern is the standard for rack-mount security and AV equipment — compatible with 1U through 4U NVRs, patch panels, KVM switches, managed PoE switches, UPS units, and cable management accessories from Middle Atlantic's full rack accessory line (blanks, cable managers, power strips).
