Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards up to 500 MHz, ensuring compatibility with all 10GBASE-T Ethernet networks. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) Power over Ethernet applications, making it suitable for powering PoE-enabled devices like IP cameras or wireless access points without requiring separate power supplies. The cord is wired to be compatible with both T568A and T568B schemes.

Installation Notes

Constructed with 28 AWG solid conductors, this cable offers a smaller diameter (0.185 inches / 4.7mm) compared to 24 AWG, facilitating easier routing and termination in tight spaces.
