Overview
The Middle Atlantic HW100 is a 100-piece pack of 10/32 Phillips trim-head rackscrews with captive cup washers, finished in black steel. These are the standard fasteners for securing rack-mount equipment to equipment racks and enclosures with threaded 10/32 rail strips — the thread pattern found on the vast majority of commercial AV and IT rack cabinets. At 0.75 in length, HW100 screws seat flush without bottoming out in shallow rail threads, and the captive cup washer distributes clamping load across the equipment ear to prevent panel deformation on lighter chassis. The black finish integrates cleanly into black-rail rack builds. Having a dedicated supply of HW100 on hand eliminates the field scramble for fasteners during equipment installs, rack buildouts, or rack accessory deployments.

Installation Notes
Drive with a #2 Phillips screwdriver or a 10/32 rack screw bit. The captive washer eliminates the need to handle loose washers during install, which matters when threading screws into a loaded rack overhead or in tight equipment bays. Finger-tighten first to confirm thread engagement before applying torque — cross-threading a 10/32 rail strip requires a tap to recover.
