Ubiquiti UACC-UF-OM-XGS Optical Transceiver

Overview

The Ubiquiti UACC-UF-OM-XGS is a 10 Gbps SFP+ optical transceiver module designed to extend network connectivity for the UISP Fiber OLT XGS. This module enables high-speed data transmission over fiber optic cable, making it suitable for backhaul or long-distance connections within a UISP Fiber deployment. It provides a critical link for establishing robust fiber optic networks where standard Ethernet distances are insufficient.

Compatibility

This transceiver is specifically engineered for Ubiquiti's UISP Fiber product line. It is compatible with the UISP Fiber OLT XGS and supports the UISP Fiber XGS/XG series. Ensure your existing Ubiquiti UISP Fiber equipment is listed for compatibility before deployment.

Installation Notes

The UACC-UF-OM-XGS module requires a standard SFP+ slot for installation. Fiber optic cable (not included) connects to the module's port. For optimal performance and signal integrity, ensure the fiber cable is rated for 10 Gbps speeds and the appropriate wavelength for the transceiver. The module draws up to 6W of power from the host device.
