Overview
The Ubiquiti UACC-RACK-42U-800-P is a fully assembled 42U floor-standing rack enclosure built from SPCC steel with 1mm main body posts and 2mm reinforced corner posts. It solves the mid-scale infrastructure problem: you need a secure, organized mounting surface for 40+ rack units of network gear (switches, patch panels, appliances, servers) without custom fabrication or site assembly complexity. Ships fully assembled in packaging — no on-site welding or frame building required. The UACC-RACK-42U-800-P integrates with standard 19-inch EIA/ECA-310-E equipment and is NDAA-compliant for federal contracting environments.
Compatibility
Accepts any standard 19-inch rack-mount equipment (1U to 42U devices): Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch, EdgeRouter, Dream Machine pro, Catalyst, and any third-party network appliance, server, or UPS that follows EIA/ECA-310-E mounting. Square-hole mounting accepts M6 cage nuts (standard industry fasteners). Adjustable mounting depth from 607.2mm to 682.2mm (15mm pitch) accommodates both shallow patch panels and deeper switch chassis. Reversible front and rear perforated doors (default left-hand outswing) allow flexible equipment access. Four removable, lockable side panels support cable management and equipment visibility.
Installation Notes
Rack arrives on lockable casters (320kg rolling capacity) with four leveling stands for permanent floor anchor installation. Static weight capacity is 800kg distributed load. Two cable entry openings (top and bottom, each 335 x 52.5mm) support vertical cable runs and patch cord organization. Includes grounding lugs and (1) front door lock + (1) rear door lock + (8) side panel locks for multi-zone security. Leveling stands and floor anchor hardware are included; floor mounting bolts must be site-supplied. Powder-coated white finish. Overall dimensions: 600 x 800 x 2,050mm with casters; 600 x 800 x 1,966mm without casters.
