The UACC-DAC-QSFP28-3M is a passive direct attach copper (DAC) cable rated for 100 Gbps between QSFP28 ports. At 3 meters, it bridges equipment within standard rack and adjacent-rack distances without requiring active transceivers or SFP modules — cutting transceiver cost and eliminating another point of failure in high-speed interconnects. Deploy this when you have QSFP28-equipped infrastructure (switches, routers, adapters) in close proximity and want native copper connectivity at wire speed.
