The STI-13230FR integrates with intercom systems and access control installations where door holding, relay-triggered events, and audible signaling are required at a single access point. Installation Notes
The polycarbonated cover mounts over existing stations using surface or embedded box options. The waterproof variant features sealed internal mounting plates and ¾-inch rigid conduit threads on top and bottom for outdoor or wet-environment deployments. All units include gaskets; do not reuse damaged seals in submersion scenarios. The mechanical hinge is integrated and full-throw — no separate pivot hardware required. Relay output wiring must respect 24VDC control voltage limits and fire code circuit isolation rules; consult your AHJ for stroke timing and circuit supervision requirements. The fire label is factory-applied to red-cover models; other colors available without label or with custom text on request.
