The KIT-71101A-R is a back box and spacer assembly for STI Stopper Station installations. It provides the mounting frame and clearance shims required to install Stopper-series strike hardware on standard door frames. The red finish matches STI's full Stopper line. This kit is purpose-built for access control integrators who need repeatable, code-compliant strike mounting without site-specific fabrication.

This kit is designed for use with STI Stopper Station systems operating at 9VDC. It supports strike mounting on both surface and recessed door frame installations. The kit includes spacer elements that allow you to adjust clearance between the strike body and the door edge — critical for proper bolt engagement and latching reliability. Installation Notes

The assembly requires 7mm masonry drill holes for frame securement. Four wall fixings are provided. For surface installations, the kit includes cable entry inserts to blank off unused conduit holes, which prevents water intrusion and debris accumulation in exposed mounting scenarios. Select the appropriate cable gasket for your wiring method (conduit size and type vary). Position the frame centrally over the strike device before marking and drilling to ensure alignment with bolt travel and door sensor placement.
