Description

STI STI-1200NR Flush-Mount Horn Assembly

Overview

The STI-1200NR is a flush-mount horn assembly for the STI Stopper II® panic-button family, configured without a label for custom identification or generic installations. Mounts directly into standard single-gang or multi-gang electrical boxes integrated into access control and emergency-alert circuits. At 369 mg, the assembly supports auxiliary horn activation from 12VDC or 24VDC circuits on your access control panel. The no-label variant lets you apply adhesive labels or printed overlays to match your facility's button labeling scheme without replacing hardware.

Compatibility

This unit is purpose-built for Stopper II® flush-mount frames and enclosures. Integrates with STI access control panels and auxiliary alarm circuits that provide 12VDC or 24VDC horn activation outputs. Confirm your existing Stopper II® model number and wiring diagram before ordering — voltage rating and strike-circuit type must match your panel configuration. The assembly works with all standard Stopper II® mounting frames; polarity is denoted by a color band on the horn leads.

Installation Notes

Mount into your electrical box using the provided fasteners. Verify the mounting surface is clean and debris-free. Connect horn leads to your panel's auxiliary output or dedicated horn circuit—check polarity and voltage before energizing. Test the circuit with a bench power supply before final commissioning to confirm audible output. The assembly supports any mounting position and accepts adhesive labels if custom identification is needed.
