Overview
The STI-1130CP6 is a 6-pack of Stopper II pull station covers with integrated 9VDC horn modules, designed for surface-mounted manual fire alarm stations. Each cover deters unwanted activation, protects against physical damage, and includes a clear polycarbonate window for visual indication. The horn provides an audible deterrent powered by 9VDC battery. This pack accommodates pull stations sized 5-1/2" to 6-3/4" wide and tall, with surface-mount spacer included for installations where the pull station sits proud of the wall.
Compatibility
The Stopper II fits most standard manual pull stations within the stated size range (5-1/2" × 6-3/4" maximum). Actual accommodation varies with pull station depth: a 3/4" deep station may be 5-1/2" × 6"; a 1-5/8" deep station may be 5" × 6"; a 2-3/8" deep station may be 4" × 5-3/4"; a 2-3/4" deep station may be 3" × 5-1/2". Confirm your pull station dimensions and depth before ordering. The surface-mount spacer is included; longer screws are provided for tap-in anchors.
Installation Notes
Surface-mount models require a spacer installed between the wall and the cover frame. Knock-outs at the top or bottom of the spacer allow conduit routing or venting as needed. The 9VDC horn requires a dedicated battery or low-voltage power source. For outdoor installations, optional neoprene gaskets (Weather Stopper II models) provide weatherproofing when installed behind the spacer and frame. Ensure proper clearance for the horn module and battery access during commissioning.
