Installation Notes
Operates on 9VDC input — verify your access control power supply or dedicated circuit can source the heater draw without voltage sag. Thermostat engages automatically; no field calibration or setpoint adjustment is required. Mount the heater unit in contact with or immediately adjacent to the lock or reader to be protected — radiant output is localized and distance-dependent. Ensure airflow is not fully blocked; some convection helps distribute warmth.
