The EF181610-O2 integrates with STI access-control enclosures and protective housing systems. It pairs with STI lock bodies, strike mechanisms, and external keypads or pushbuttons requiring environmental protection. The opaque polycarbonate variant (this model) blocks visual access to internal components while providing the same thermal and impact protection as transparent versions. Installation Notes

Three integrated thermostats regulate heating: a primary control thermostat, a safety high-temperature thermostat (overheat cutoff), and a secondary safety sensor. Accepts 12, 16.5, or 24 VAC/VDC input for the heating element — confirm your available power supply voltage before installation. The external key lock or thumb latch (model dependent) requires no special wiring.
