EnviroArmour construction provides a rigid substrate that protects credential readers and associated hardware from weather, impact, and corrosion. Operates at 9VDC, aligning with standard access control power architecture. This panel solves the mounting problem for door readers in both indoor high-traffic corridors and outdoor vestibules where a permanent, weather-resistant backing is required.

Compatibility

The BPA0806 mounting surface accommodates standard access control readers sized for 8×6 inch frame footprints. Compatible with STI reader families and third-party readers that fit this dimensional envelope. Designed for wall and door-frame mounting in commercial access control systems using 9VDC logic and strike integration. Verify reader dimensions against the 8×6 inch panel face before ordering; oversized readers or multi-reader arrays may require a larger panel variant.

Installation Notes
