Overview
The KIT-900 is a clear polycarbonate conduit spacer designed for STI-9110 lock/strike installations. This accessory maintains proper alignment and spacing between the strike mechanism and the door frame during conduit routing, eliminating guesswork in field installation and reducing rework. The transparent material allows visual verification of correct positioning before final mounting, critical in high-volume integrator deployments where installation speed matters.
Compatibility
Purpose-built for the STI-9110 series lock/strike systems operating at 9VDC. Integrates into the conduit management pathway during door hardware installation. Do not use with other strike families without verifying frame geometry with the manufacturer.
Installation Notes
Position the spacer frame over the strike device and mark the four fixing holes. Drill using a 7mm masonry bit and secure with the supplied wall fixings. For surface-mounted installations, the spacer includes inserts to blank off unused cable entry holes. Select the appropriate cable gasket for your conduit type before final assembly. Clear construction enables you to confirm alignment without disassembly after installation.
