STI STI-3104 Clear Conduit Spacer with Gaskets
Overview
The STI-3104 is a clear conduit spacer assembly designed to mount over STI Stopper II series electric strikes. It consists of a clear polycarbonate frame with integrated gaskets that create a weatherproof seal around cable entry points — critical when your strike installation sits outdoors or in high-moisture environments (loading docks, covered entry canopies, external gate hardware). The gasket pack allows you to seal unused cable holes and route wiring cleanly without water ingress that would corrode strike components or trigger false alarms on moisture-sensitive circuits.
Compatibility
The STI-3104 is sized and gasketed specifically for the Stopper II frame family. It operates in 9VDC strike systems. If you are standardizing your access control strike hardware on Stopper II models for manual call points or fire alarm protection, the STI-3104 gasket set is the corresponding environmental seal kit — do not substitute with Weather Stopper II gaskets (those are oversized for larger outdoor protective covers). Verify your strike model against STI's Stopper II product line before ordering.
Installation Notes
Position the clear gasket frame centrally over the strike device and mark the four fixing holes. Drill using a 7mm masonry bit, then secure the frame with the provided wall fixings. Select the correct cable gasket insert for your wiring system (conduit type and entry hole configuration) and position it before final tightening. For surface-mount installations, use the spacer inserts to blank off any unused cable entry holes — this prevents water pooling and maintains the weatherproof integrity of the assembly.
