STI KIT-102722-G 5/8" Spacer for Stopper® Stations

Overview

The KIT-102722-G is a 5/8" spacer designed to create proper mounting geometry between Stopper station devices and wall surfaces. Use this when surface installation requires standoff distance to accommodate wiring, cable entry gaskets, or alignment with existing infrastructure. The spacer ensures consistent frame-to-mounting-surface spacing, critical for correct gasket seating and cable management in networked 9VDC access control deployments.

Compatibility

Designed for STI Stopper and Stopper II station installations. Compatible with networked access control systems using 9VDC strike/lock hardware. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor weather-exposed Stopper deployments where surface installation mounting is required. Works with standard cable entry gaskets and insertion blanking hardware supplied with larger Stopper II frames.

Installation Notes

Position the spacer between the device frame and mounting surface. Use 7mm masonry drill bit for wall-mounted installations on concrete or masonry. Secure with the fixing screws provided with your Stopper station frame. If surface installation uses inserts to blank off unused cable entry holes, position spacer first, then mount gasket and frame over it in sequence. Ensure all four fixing points are fully tightened to prevent frame shift during cable pull or impact.
