Overview
The KIT-102722-B is a 5/8" spacer ring designed for mounting STI Stopper® protective covers and station frames. This spacory achieves consistent setback distance between the protective enclosure and the underlying device—a critical detail when you're installing Stopper® or Weather Stopper® covers over fire alarm manual call points or other access control devices. Proper spacing ensures the frame sits flush, the gasket seals correctly, and the device operates without mechanical binding. The spacer is 9VDC-rated for compatibility with Stopper® lock/strike systems.

Verify your specific Stopper® model (STI-1200, 1230, 1100, 1130, 1250, 3150, or equivalent) accepts this spacer dimension before ordering—frame design varies by model year and protective cover type.
Installation Notes
The spacer mounts between the device and the protective frame. During installation, position the Weather Stopper II or Stopper II frame over the device, mark the four fixing holes with 7mm masonry drill bit spacing, install the gasket over the device, then secure the frame with provided wall fixings. The spacer prevents the frame from compressing the weather gasket under torque and allows water and air to drain properly around cable entry holes. For surface-mounted enclosures, use cable inserts (supplied separately) to seal unused entry ports.
