Overview
The ACSR64L is a single-gang contactless smart card reader and keypad rated IP67, designed for weather-resistant access control in perimeter gates, facility barriers, and outdoor industrial environments. It combines 13.56 MHz RFID smart card technology with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) mobile credential support, enabling dual-credential deployment without replacing existing infrastructure. The 15-foot read range for smartphone-based access eliminates physical contact points — a material advantage in high-traffic or hygiene-sensitive installations. Operates on 12 VDC with typical draw of 60 mA, peak 250 mA.
Compatibility
The ACSR64L integrates via standard Wiegand 26-bit interface, compatible with most commercial access control panels and readers supporting MIFARE Classic, DESFire EV1/EV2, UltraLight, and FIPS 201 PIV Type A credentials. Works in hybrid environments pairing legacy card systems with modern mobile credentials on a single reader. Supports enterprise deployments requiring multi-credential campus or federal facilities (NDAA-compliant infrastructure).
