The Speco 2WAK3 is a complete two-way audio solution bundling a 30W RMS amplifier (PBM30), wall-mount speaker (DMS3TS), and line-level microphone (CAMMIC) for DVR systems that support two-way communication. This kit solves the hardware gap when you need staff or security personnel to talk back to someone at a camera location—either directly through the DVR interface or via Apple/Android mobile apps. Compatibility
The 2WAK3 is designed for Speco DVR systems with native two-way audio support. Verify your DVR model supports two-way audio before purchasing—not all Speco recorders include this feature. The kit connects via standard RCA audio inputs and amplifier outputs; your DVR must expose line-level audio input/output on its back panel. The PBM30 amplifier accepts two dedicated microphone inputs plus one RCA auxiliary input, giving flexibility if you need to route audio from multiple sources (e.g., intercom system + DVR mic).
Installation Notes
The PBM30 amplifier delivers 30W RMS continuous power with 60W peak capability. The DMS3TS speaker includes a 70/25V transformer with six tap settings (15W, 7.5W, 4W, 2W, 1W, and 8 Ohms)—select the tap that matches your amplifier's output impedance to avoid clipping or underdrive. The speaker ships with a die-cast enclosure, integral mounting bracket, wire, and hardware; mount on a wall or in a control room. The CAMMIC microphone requires a dedicated power supply (PSW5, included); run shielded audio cable from the mic to the amplifier's mic input to minimize hum. Use standard RCA cables to connect amplifier outputs to your DVR's audio input. No special tools required beyond a screwdriver and crimpers if you extend runs beyond the bundled cable.
