Compatibility

Pairs directly with any rack infrastructure accepting a vertically-mounted zero-U PDU at 179.1cm — including APC NetShelter SX, SV, and CX series enclosures. The NEMA L21-20P input requires a matching 208V 3-phase circuit from a PDU transfer switch, 3-phase UPS output, or panel with an L21-20 receptacle; confirm your upstream device provides L21-20 output before ordering. The 36 NEMA 5-20R receptacles support standard 15A and 20A single-phase loads — compatible with the majority of 1U rack equipment drawing under 20A per outlet. Works with rack-mount UPS systems that output 208V 3-phase, such as APC Symmetra and Galaxy series units with matching output connectors. Not suited for single-phase 120V-input panels or IEC-outlet equipment without adapters.

Verify that the upstream 3-phase circuit breaker is rated for 20A per pole and that the panel branch circuit matches the L21-20P plug configuration before connecting.
