Overview

The Panduit NK688MIG-Q is a NetKey® Category 6 UTP RJ45 punchdown jack module designed for terminating 4-pair, 22-26 AWG twisted pair cable. This module ensures reliable data transmission for network infrastructure, supporting high-speed data and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications. It's built to exceed industry standards, making it suitable for demanding commercial and industrial network deployments. The international gray color provides a clean aesthetic for visible installations.

Compatibility

This jack module is compatible with keystone interfaces, including NetKey® Faceplates, Modular Patch Panels, and Surface Mount Boxes. It meets or exceeds the channel and component requirements of ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO 11801 standards for Category 6 performance. It supports 2500 connection cycles and is compliant with IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 PoE standards, ensuring it can handle the power requirements of modern network devices.

Installation Notes

Each module is 100% factory tested for performance. Contacts are plated with 50 microinches of gold for superior electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The jack is designed for punchdown termination using standard tools. It is UL 1863 and UL 2043 compliant, and RoHS compliant.
