Description

Lifesafety Power FPO75-B100C4W1M 75W Power Supply with Relay Lock Control

Overview

The FPO75-B100C4W1M is a 75W unregulated power supply with integrated 4-channel relay control for electric lock and access management systems. It delivers either 6A at 12VDC or 3A at 24VDC — sufficient to power mid-scale door access installations where auxiliary relay switching is required alongside primary power delivery. Each of the four relay outputs is independently fused at 3A and selectable per output for fail-safe (de-energizes to unlock) or fail-secure (de-energizes to lock) operation, allowing mixed lock configurations on a single power board. This eliminates the need for external relay modules in many integrations.

Compatibility

The FPO75-B100C4W1M integrates with access control panels, magnetic locks, and electronic strike systems that require 12VDC or 24VDC auxiliary power and independent relay supervision. Verify your panel's power requirements and relay input specifications before wiring. Compatible with standard door access controllers using 24VDC logic signaling and lock strike voltage in the 12–24V range.

Installation Notes

Output voltage selection (12V or 24V) is factory-configured; confirm the setting matches your lock hardware before deployment. Each relay output is fused independently — carry spare 3A fuses matching the board's specification. Ensure primary AC input power is conditioned and backed by a UPS or battery system if fail-secure operation is required during outages. Wire relay outputs to door strike or magnetic lock coils using appropriately rated conductors. Relay contact rating and lock draw must not exceed 3A per channel.
