Overview
The FPO75/150-C8D8E4M is a configurable access control power supply board that delivers either 75W or 150W output, with dual voltage options (12VDC or 24VDC). It addresses the integration challenge of powering multiple access control devices — electronic locks, credential readers, door sensors, and auxiliary control circuits — from a single, fused distribution point. The Mercury/Lenel backplate compatibility makes it a direct fit for existing security infrastructure built on those platforms.
Power Outputs and Distribution
The board provides 8 relay lock control outputs fused individually at 3A each, allowing independent power distribution to up to 8 electronic lock circuits. An additional 8 auxiliary DC outputs, also fused at 3A per circuit, support credential readers, sensors, and other 12V or 24V devices. The dual-output configuration means you configure the board once for your voltage requirements — 6A at 12V or 3A at 24V for the 75W variant; 12A at 12V or 6A at 24V for the 150W variant — eliminating the need for multiple power supplies in a single access control cabinet.

The enclosure is Size 24 (20W × 24H × 4.5D inches), designed for standard 19-inch or modular rack mounting or cabinet panel installation. The compact depth — 4.5 inches — fits within most security cabinet frame depths, minimizing space overhead. Individual 3A fuses per output channel protect against short circuits on any single lock or device circuit without cascading failure to the rest of the system.
