Overview

The Vertiv FFK1 is a set of four replacement fan filters designed for use with wall mount enclosures equipped with a fan assembly — specifically the 7217WS Fan Assembly with Two 75 CFM Fans. Clogged or degraded filters restrict airflow and allow particulate ingress, accelerating equipment wear inside the enclosure. Keeping filters fresh on a maintenance cycle is the lowest-cost step in protecting enclosed network and AV equipment from thermal and dust-related failures. The FFK1 ships as a set of four, covering all filter positions on a dual-fan assembly in a single order.

The FFK1 is confirmed compatible with the following Vertiv wall mount enclosure families when configured with a fan assembly:

The FFK1 is not intended for NEMA 12K wall mounts — those enclosures use a dedicated Fan/Filter assembly listed separately. For full dust-resistance kits (cover plates, filters, and hardware) matched to a specific wall mount family, reference the DK1 through DK4 kits instead.

Installation Notes

Filters are used with the 7217WS Fan Assembly (two 75 CFM fans). Verify your wall mount is fitted with the 7217WS before ordering — enclosures without a fan assembly installed have no filter mounting provision. The FFK1 supplies four filters; replace all four simultaneously to maintain uniform airflow across both fans and avoid channeling that can create hot spots inside the enclosure.
