Each port accepts any Mini-Com module - copper keystone jacks (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A), fiber adapters (LC, SC), coax F-connectors, HDMI, USB, or blank inserts. This faceplate accommodates four modules in a vertical stack. Install what you need today; swap modules later as requirements change without replacing the faceplate or re-terminating home runs. Common deployments include dual data / dual voice, triple data + one blank, or two copper + two fiber for converged access in AV-over-IP environments.
The integrated label holder accepts a paper or film insert up to 2.5 inches wide. A blank label ships in the package. The clear cover protects labels from wear while remaining readable. Single-gang form factor mounts to standard one-gang electrical boxes (metal or plastic), low-voltage brackets, or Panduit surface-mount housings. The faceplate installs with two screws through top and bottom mounting ears.
