The Panduit CFPSL4EIY is a single-gang, vertical sloped 4-port faceplate designed for Mini-Com modular jack installations in commercial structured cabling systems. The sloped profile angles ports downward for improved cable bend radius and reduced strain on patch cords at the termination point. Electric Ivory finish matches standard electrical devices. Includes integrated label holder and blank label for circuit identification. ABS construction provides impact resistance in high-traffic areas.

The integrated label holder accepts a paper or film insert up to 2.5 inches wide. A blank label ships in the package. Use Panduit's LS8E label printer or standard desktop printers to create room numbers, jack identifiers, or circuit codes that match your cable management database. The clear cover protects labels from wear while remaining readable. Proper labeling is essential for TIA-606-C administrative standards compliance and reduces troubleshooting time during moves, adds, and changes.
