The DWRSR-138FT-K-EU is an active fan top kit designed to force 138 CFM of airflow through Middle Atlantic DWR and SR series rack enclosures on European 220–240V power. At 138 CFM, this unit generates enough airflow to handle heat loads typical of densely populated racks — NVRs, switches, and power supplies running 24/7 — without relying on passive convection. The 12 VDC output drives the fan internally; no separate DC supply is needed. This is the EU-specific variant with an EU plug and SAA-rated power conversion, making it the correct choice for deployments in continental Europe and other 220–240V markets where the standard North American version would be unsafe or non-compliant.

Compatibility

Fits Middle Atlantic Middle Atlantic DWR and SR series rack enclosures — specifically, those configured to accept a 19-inch-wide fan top assembly. The unit mounts into the 7-inch-tall (17.8 cm) fan top opening at 2 inches depth (5.1 cm) and spans the full 19-inch rack width. It is not compatible with Middle Atlantic WRK, ERK, or BGR series enclosures, which use different fan top geometries. Confirm your enclosure's fan top cutout dimensions before ordering. If your rack is a DWR or SR variant but was not originally ordered with a fan top slot, verify with the enclosure documentation that the top panel is removable and fan-top-ready.

Installation Notes

Input is 220–240V AC with an EU-type plug — do not attempt to use this unit on 100–120V North American circuits. Fan controller is not included; airflow runs at fixed speed without separate speed-control hardware. The 4.5-inch (11.4 cm) fan size and 19-inch rack width are fixed — no field adjustments to fan geometry.
