Overview
The DMP 7463-W is a network-connected thinline LCD keypad combining PIN entry and integrated proximity card reading in a compact footprint. The 32-character LCD display and shortcut text keys simplify arming and disarming workflows. The 7463-W draws 15VDC and includes three 2-button panic keys, alert sounder, armed/AC status LEDs, and self-test diagnostics. A built-in backup battery provides four hours of standby power, keeping the keypad functional during AC loss. The keypad turns red in alarm condition for immediate visual indication. This design targets door access applications requiring dual-credential support without separate reader hardware.
Compatibility
The 7463-W integrates with DMP access control panels featuring network capabilities: XR Series Panels (Version 201) and XT30/XT50, XTLplus/XTLtouch, and XT75 Series Panels (Version 202 and later). Network communication protocol eliminates dedicated wiring runs for individual keypads. Proximity card reader supports standard proximity credentials, allowing codeless arming and disarming workflows. Confirm your panel version before ordering — older non-networked panels require different keypad models.
