Description

PioneerPOS KCFFPQ000S35 Compact Surveillance-Grade Computer System

Overview

The PioneerPOS KCFFPQ000S35 is a fanless compact embedded computer purpose-built for surveillance control rooms, NVR clusters, and video management station (VMS) applications requiring silent, vibration-free operation. With Intel Core i3 processor, 16GB RAM, and 120GB solid-state storage, it delivers the compute density and thermal stability needed for 24/7 monitoring environments. Windows 11 LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) provides extended security patching without forced feature updates—a critical requirement in security infrastructure. USB printing capability enables local event logging and evidence export without additional hardware.

Compatibility

This unit integrates as a client, server, or edge processor in ONVIF-compliant VMS ecosystems, including Milestone Xprotect, Axis Camera Station, Genetec Security Center, and vendor-agnostic Linux-based NVR stacks. The 120GB SSD supports boot-from-SSD VMS deployments on compact footprints. Windows 11 LTSC ensures driver compatibility with legacy network cameras and access control readers deployed in integrated security systems. No TPM requirement (as noted in SKU specification) simplifies deployment in isolated or air-gapped environments.

Installation Notes

Fanless design requires unobstructed airflow around the unit and placement away from direct heat sources—mount vertically on wall DIN rail or horizontally in shallow 19-inch shallow-depth racks using optional bracket (verify bracket compatibility separately). No active cooling eliminates noise in control rooms and reduces acoustic bleed into microphone-enabled cameras. 16GB RAM and 120GB SSD are soldered or non-upgradeable; verify final capacity meets your VMS cache and event buffer requirements before deployment. USB ports support wired keyboard, mouse, and thermal printers for incident documentation.
