Description

ATEN VE781020 HDMI 2.0 Cable

Overview

The ATEN VE781020 is a 65.6ft (20M) active optical HDMI 2.0 cable designed to transmit True 4K HDR video and multi-channel audio signals over extended distances without signal degradation. Its hybrid construction, combining optical fiber with copper wiring, ensures robust signal integrity for demanding AV installations where standard copper HDMI cables fall short. This cable is ideal for connecting high-resolution displays, projectors, or video walls in commercial, educational, or entertainment environments.

Compatibility

This cable supports HDMI 2.0 features including 3D, Deep Color, 4K resolution at up to 60Hz, HDR, and ARC. It is compliant with HDCP 2.2 for protected content transmission. The cable's HDMI Type-A male connectors are compatible with standard HDMI ports found on source devices like PCs, media players, and AV receivers, as well as displays, monitors, and projectors. It also supports PCM 8-channel, Dolby Digital True HD, and DTS-HD Master Audio formats.

Installation Notes

The VE781020 features a hybrid cable construction with a 4.5mm outer dimension, making it flexible for routing. The connector housing is constructed from durable zinc alloy. Ensure the cable is installed within its operating humidity range of 0-85% RH (Non-Condensing).
