Overview

The Axis 5504-911 is a pack of 10 white plastic flat-surface mount brackets rated IK10 for vandal resistance. These brackets mount Axis compact cameras to flat ceiling or wall surfaces indoors. The IK10 rating means they handle accidental impact without bracket failure — a real factor in retail floors, corridors, and other high-traffic areas where camera brackets sit within reach. Each bracket supports up to 15 kg (33 lb), so even heavier compact dome or turret bodies stay secure. Cable routing options (back or side via M20 conduit holes) let you run cable neatly without external conduit loops.

Compatibility

The 5504-911 works with Axis P33-series fixed domes (requires camera-specific pendant kit), Axis M30-series compacts (requires camera-specific pendant kit), and Axis P55/P56/Q60/Q61 series. Requires an Axis T91A05 pendant kit for supported fixed cameras. Also compatible with Axis pendant kits featuring 1.5" NPS inner thread and Axis ACI 3/4" conduit adapters. Do not use with PTZ cameras unless combined with an Axis T94A01D Pendant Kit — verify your exact camera model in the product documentation before ordering to confirm pendant kit compatibility.

Installation Notes

Bracket dimensions are 140 × 196 mm (5.5" × 7.75") with a cable hole at the back and M20 (3/4") side conduit connection points. Maximum load of 15 kg means you can confidently install heavier compact cameras without overstress. For outdoor use, pair with an optional Axis Conduit Adapter U-shape and verify environmental sealing of all cabling at the conduit entry point. Axis supplies an installation guide with each order.
