Overview

The Axis 5505-641 provides a stainless steel interface for connecting 3/4" NPS (National Pipe Size) conduit to Axis surveillance equipment in outdoor and industrial installations. Each pack contains two adapters, sized for field deployments where cable management and weatherproofing are non-negotiable. Use this adapter when you're running hardened conduit into turrets, boxes, or wall-mount housings — it bridges the conduit threads to the camera's connection point, eliminating improvised fittings and reducing water ingress risk.

Compatibility

The Axis 5505-641 is designed for the AXIS Q35-VE series and compatible Axis surveillance products that accept 3/4" NPS threaded conduit connections. Verify your specific camera or housing model supports 3/4" NPS input before ordering. The adapter does not fit smaller conduit sizes (1/2" or metric alternatives) — if your installation runs different conduit, you will need a different adapter.

Installation Notes
