The APC Symmetra RM SYH6K6RMI is a 6 kVA (4200W) rack-mountable uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to deliver reliable, clean power to sensitive electronic equipment. The unit requires a Hard Wire 3-wire input connection. For management and monitoring, it includes DB-9 RS-232 and RJ-45 10/100 Ethernet interfaces supporting web, SNMP, and Telnet protocols. Its typical backup time is 12.7 minutes at full load (4200W) and 30.3 minutes at half load (2100W), making it suitable for systems requiring short-term battery support or graceful shutdown.

The operating temperature range is 0 to 40 °C, with a storage temperature range of -15 to 45 °C. Relative humidity can range from 0 to 95% for both operation and storage. The unit has dimensions of 482.6 x 730.3 x 355.6 mm. An Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch is integrated for immediate power disconnection in critical safety situations. The battery type is a maintenance-free sealed Lead-Acid battery, with APC Replacement Battery SYBT2 as the compatible cartridge.
