Overview

The Aiphone IE-JA is a flush-mount door station with stainless steel cover designed for integrated access control and intercom applications. Its compact profile mounts directly to a standard 2-gang electrical box or ring, providing hands-free communication at entry points. The IP33 protection rating suits indoor and light-outdoor environments where splash resistance is required. An integrated locator LED above the call button provides clear visual feedback during operation.

Compatibility

The IE-JA integrates with Aiphone AX Series master and sub stations, including audio and video masters, selector modules, and indoor sub stations. It operates across the AX product line for scaled multi-door and multi-zone deployments. Installation requires 2-conductor shielded wire with overall shield; Aiphone part numbers #822202 or #821802 are specified for proper signal integrity. Operating temperature range is 14°F to 140°F (-10°C to 60°C).
