Overview

The Aiphone TW-SPL is an adaptor plate designed to facilitate the mounting of specific Aiphone IS and IX series intercom sub stations onto tower structures. This plate solves the installation challenge of integrating these stations into environments where direct wall mounting is not feasible or desirable, such as on poles or other vertical supports in outdoor or industrial settings. Its purpose is to provide a stable, secure interface between the intercom unit and the tower structure.

This adaptor plate is specifically designed for use with the following Aiphone sub station models: IS-DVF, IS-IPDVF, IS-SS, Ix-DVF, and Ix-SSA. Ensure your intercom station is one of these models before ordering the TW-SPL to guarantee a correct fit and secure installation.

Installation Notes

The TW-SPL includes four screws for attaching the plate to the intercom station. The plate itself is constructed from durable material suitable for outdoor or industrial environments. Its thin profile (1/16" D) minimizes protrusion while providing a rigid mounting surface. Ensure the tower structure is capable of supporting the combined weight and vibration characteristics of the intercom station and the plate.
