ACTi PMAX-1027 Flush Mount Bracket
Overview
The PMAX-1027 is a flush mount bracket engineered for in-ceiling or surface mounting of ACTi A61, A62, and A8x series compact cameras. This accessory solves the integration problem common in commercial corridors, lobbies, and retail spaces where a visible dome or turret creates aesthetic or security concerns—the PMAX-1027 recesses the camera into the ceiling or wall, leaving only the lens visible. Designed for 2MP PoE-powered camera models, it supports standard building integration without requiring proprietary housing or additional power infrastructure.
Compatibility
Works with ACTi A61, A62, A81, A82, and A83 camera models. These are compact fixed-lens 2MP units optimized for PoE delivery over standard 802.3af infrastructure. The bracket does not support A88 models or higher-megapixel variants in the ACTi line. Confirm your exact camera model before ordering—mounting form factors differ across ACTi product families, and this bracket is engineered only for the A-series compact dome geometry.
Installation Notes
Mounting requires standard drywall anchors or structural fasteners appropriate to your ceiling or wall substrate. The bracket accommodates both recessed (in-ceiling) and surface-mounted configurations depending on your infrastructure access and aesthetic requirements. Verify available mounting depth in your target installation location—recessed ceiling mounts require sufficient plenum or void space above the finished surface. PoE wiring should be routed through existing conduit or cable trays to avoid visible runs. No additional tools beyond standard installation hardware are required.
