Overview

The Aiphone ACS-2DR-C is a 2-door starter kit designed for small to medium-sized access control deployments. It provides the core components for managing two entry points, with the capability to expand up to eight doors. This kit is ideal for businesses needing a reliable, scalable access control system that integrates with existing infrastructure. The ACS-2DR-C includes the master controller and necessary power supply for initial setup.

Compatibility

This kit is built around the Aiphone AC Series access control system. It requires Aiphone AC-2DE expansion boards to reach its maximum capacity of eight doors. The system supports Wiegand readers and standard lock mechanisms. It is compatible with IPv4 and IPv6 networks.

Installation Notes

The enclosure measures 19-3/8" H x 13-5/8" W x 3" D and features knockouts for 1-1/8" and 2" diameter conduits. The system draws power from a 12V DC source, supplied by the included AC-PS1250 power supply. Lock power is rated at 12V DC, 500mA. The master board communicates via RS485, while reader inputs utilize Wiegand protocol. Dry contact relays are rated for 30V DC, 1A.
