Compatibility

This midspan injector is compatible with standard IEEE 802.3af PoE-compliant devices. It is suitable for powering a wide range of IP surveillance cameras, including but not limited to, cameras from brands like Axis Communications (e.g., P32-series domes, M30-series mini domes), Hanwha Vision (e.g., XNB-series, QND-series), and Hikvision (e.g., DS-2CD series). It also supports other 802.3af powered devices such as wireless access points and VoIP phones from various manufacturers.

Installation Notes

Each port on the NETWAY8 provides up to 15.4W of power, adhering to the IEEE 802.3af standard. Ensure your connected devices do not exceed this per-port power budget. The unit requires a standard AC power input (100-240VAC, 50/60Hz) and connects to your network switch via standard Ethernet patch cables. The powered devices then connect to the output ports of the NETWAY8.
