The ACTi A817 is an 8MP outdoor zoom dome built to survive harsh environments while delivering crisp, detail-rich footage across dynamic lighting. The 2.8–12mm lens (4.3x optical zoom) lets you adjust field of view without changing cameras — critical when covering mixed-distance targets from a single vantage point. IP67 (dust and water ingress) paired with IK10 (vandal resistance) means this camera handles rain, UV exposure, and deliberate impact without degradation. Operating across –40°C to 50°C keeps it functional in extreme climates. The A817 solves the outdoor surveillance problem where you need zoom flexibility, rugged construction, and edge analytics in one compact dome.
