Overview

The GV-ADR4701 is a 4MP indoor mini dome built for discreet monitoring in retail, office, and lobby environments where compact form factor and low-light performance matter. The 2.8mm fixed lens and compact housing fit tight spaces without the visual footprint of a turret or bullet camera. H.265 compression cuts storage overhead roughly in half versus H.264—meaningful on continuous recording across multiple cameras. IR capability ensures 24/7 visibility without relying on ambient light, and Wide Dynamic Range processing prevents washout when a single scene spans bright windows and dark corners.

Compatibility

The GV-ADR4701 integrates with standard IP-based NVR and DVR platforms via Ethernet. Confirm your NVR or DVR supports H.265 decoding and standard ONVIF protocol—most modern systems do, but older DVR models may require firmware updates or may not support H.265 playback without transcoding.
