Description

Middle Atlantic BGR-41SA-32LRD Stand Alone

Overview

The Middle Atlantic BGR-41SA-32LRD is a 41U standalone rack frame designed for AV and IT equipment deployment where a full enclosure is not required or feasible. Its open frame construction simplifies access for installation and maintenance, making it suitable for structured wiring closets, backstage AV areas, or any location requiring rack-mounted gear without the bulk of a full cabinet. The frame includes a 25mm x 150mm swing handle for easier maneuvering and positioning.

Compatibility

This rack frame is designed for standard 19-inch rack-mountable equipment. It features forward rackrails, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of AV and IT components. The 'Forward Compatible' designation indicates its design accommodates future equipment standards. It is gangable, allowing multiple units to be joined for expanded capacity.

Installation Notes

With a substantial UL load capacity of 3000 lbs (1,360.8 kg) and a seismic load capacity of 1175 lbs (533 kg), this frame provides a stable platform for heavy equipment. The usable depth is 29.4 inches, accommodating most standard rack-depth devices. The steel construction with a black wrinkle powder coat finish offers durability and a professional appearance. It is TAA compliant and manufactured in the USA.
