Overview

The ATEN 2L2705 is a 15-foot daisy chain cable with a DB25 male connector on one end and a DB25 female connector on the other, purpose-built for cascading ATEN KVM switches in multi-tier installations. When a single KVM switch doesn't cover your full port count, daisy chaining lets you link a secondary (slave) switch back to the primary (master) through this cable — extending your total connected-device count without adding a separate console. The 2L2705 handles that link cleanly at 15 ft, giving enough slack for adjacent rack-bay or same-room switch arrangements without coiling excess cable through the enclosure.

Compatibility

Installation Notes

Connect the DB25 male end to the daisy chain output port on the master KVM switch and the DB25 female end to the daisy chain input port on the slave unit.
