The Middle Atlantic EVT1 is a 1-rack-unit (1.75 in.) slotted vent panel designed to improve passive airflow in 19-inch EIA-standard equipment racks. At 17% open area, the EVT1 creates a low-resistance air path between heat-generating gear — NVRs, switches, amplifiers, and power supplies — and open rack space, without consuming usable rack real estate for active equipment. If you're stacking high-wattage components with no gap, the EVT1 is the straightforward fix: slot it between units to let heat rise and exhaust naturally. The flanged mounting style seats flush against standard rack rails using 2 mounting points, keeping the panel stable without flex. Finish is black powder coat, matching Middle Atlantic rack systems and most third-party black-finish network rack enclosures.

Compatibility

Fits any standard 19-inch EIA-310 rack — open-frame and enclosed.
