Overview

The Altronix T2PHK7524D is a compact power distribution module designed to efficiently distribute 24VDC power to multiple surveillance cameras or access control devices. It simplifies installation by consolidating power connections, reducing wiring complexity in rack-mounted or cabinet-based systems. This unit is ideal for environments where multiple low-voltage devices require a stable, centralized power source. The T2PHK7524D model specifically addresses the need for reliable power distribution in 115VAC input systems.

Compatibility

This module is designed to work with Altronix power supply chassis and enclosures, specifically the TROVE2PH2/24DR series. It is intended for use with 24VDC powered devices such as IP cameras, analog cameras, PTZ cameras, and various access control components. It requires a compatible Altronix power supply unit (sold separately) to provide the initial AC input and regulated DC output.

Installation Notes

Installation requires wiring the module into a compatible Altronix enclosure and connecting it to a primary power supply. The module provides eight fused outputs, each capable of delivering up to 2.5A. Total current draw from the primary power supply must not exceed the supply's rating. Fuses are user-replaceable. Ensure proper ventilation within the enclosure to prevent overheating.
