Altronix T1CVKT6S Power Distribution Unit
Overview
The Altronix T1CVKT6S is a compact power distribution unit designed to provide reliable, regulated power for IP cameras and other surveillance devices. It accepts 802.3bt PoE input up to 90W and delivers simultaneous 12VDC and 24VDC outputs, each capable of up to 65W, with a combined maximum output not exceeding 65W. This unit also includes integrated battery charging capabilities for 12VDC or 24VDC batteries, up to 55W combined, ensuring continuous operation during power outages. The T1CVKT6S is ideal for installations requiring centralized power management and backup for multiple devices, such as in commercial buildings or retail environments.
Compatibility
This unit is designed to work with any standard 802.3bt PoE source. It supports up to four (4) 12VDC/12AH batteries for backup. The 12VDC and 24VDC outputs are suitable for powering a wide range of IP cameras, network switches, and other low-voltage surveillance equipment that require regulated power. It is UL294, cUL CAN/ULC-s319-05, and CE listed, indicating compliance with safety standards for access control and intrusion systems.
Installation Notes
The enclosure dimensions are 18” x 14.5” x 4.62”. It requires a 15A/32V input fuse and includes 3A/32V output fuses. The operating temperature range is 0ºC to 49ºC. Ensure adequate ventilation as the unit generates approximately 54 BTU/Hr.
