Overview

The PMAX-1017 is a tiltable flush mount engineered for ACTi pinhole covert camera deployments where discreet ceiling or wall placement is critical. This mount lets you position the camera at an angle without protruding hardware that would defeat the covert objective. Use this when you need to hide the camera body behind drywall, drop ceilings, or wall cavities while maintaining adjustable field-of-view control via the tilt mechanism.

Compatibility

The PMAX-1017 is designed specifically for ACTi pinhole covert camera models. Verify your pinhole camera model against the ACTi pinhole product family before ordering — the mount is engineered for ACTi's pinhole form factor and lens barrel diameter. Do not force onto non-ACTi or non-pinhole designs.

Installation Notes

Flush mounting requires pre-drilling or routing a hole in the mounting surface (ceiling tile, drywall, or wall panel) sized to accommodate the camera barrel and mount collar. The tilt mechanism allows field adjustment post-installation — useful when exact angle cannot be predetermined. Ensure the mounting surface can support the camera weight plus mount hardware. Use standard drywall anchors or structural fasteners appropriate to your surface material. Route power and network cabling through the wall cavity or conduit before final installation to avoid visible wires.
